New York performance standards for major electric generating facilities

NY Comp. Codes R. and Regs. Tit. 6 § 251.3 establishes CO2 performance standards for major electric generating facilities, ranging from 925 pounds of CO2/MWh gross electrical output for new and modified existing sources, to 1800 pounds of CO2/MWh gross electrical output for non-modified existing sources.
