Montana prohibition on acquiring coal plants without CCS

Montana prohibits the commission from approving an application for the acquisition of an equity interest or lease in a facility or equipment used to generate electricity that is primarily fueled by coal, unless it captures and store at least 50% of its carbon dioxide emissions.
