Michigan RPS Advanced Cleaner Energy Sources

Comp. Laws §460.1047(7)(b)(iii) names plants that capture and sequester 85% or more of carbon emissions as eligible “advanced cleaner energy sources.” Advanced cleaner energy credits can be used to meet up to 10% of the state’s renewable energy credit requirements.
