Indiana’s RPS-eligible clean power sources

Code §8-1-37-4(17) defines RPS-eligible clean power sources as including those described in § 8-1-8.8-2, which includes “advanced technologies that reduce regulated air emissions from or increase the efficiency of existing energy production or generating plants that are fueled primarily by coal or gases from coal from the geological formation known as the Illinois Basin.”
