Proposed American Energy Efficiency Act of 2015

The proposed American Energy Efficiency Act of 2015 would have called for a 20% electricity savings and 13% natural gas savings by 2030, with annual added savings rising to 1.75% for electricity and 1% for gas. ACEEE reviewed that legislation and projected its potential impacts in a 2015 study.
