LPDD Model Law: Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Common-Interest Developments

This proposed statute seeks to remove and foreclose covenants that restrict modifications needed to install electric vehicle charging stations in common-interest developments, such as condominiums. It is closely based on California Civil Code Section 4745.
