Washington State’s Zero Energy Code Roadmap (2015), prepared by the New Buildings Institute, intends to guide the process of revising the Washington State Energy Code through its revision cycles leading up to 2031, identifying how code provisions can evolve to meet the legislature’s “broader goal of building zero fossil‐fuel greenhouse gas emission homes and buildings.”
