The USDA Renewable Energy Systems and Energy Efficiency Improvement Loans and Grants Program provides loan guarantees to rural businesses or agricultural producers for renewable energy systems or energy efficiency improvements. Grants and loan guarantees combined may cover up to 75% of project costs.
