Richmond BC’s Alexandra District Energy Utility

Richmond, British Columbia, established the city-run Alexandra District Energy Utility to provide geothermal heating and cooling through Bylaw No. 8641 (2010). The Alexandra
District Energy Utility is an ambient energy sharing system serving space heating, cooling and domestic hot water needs for buildings within its service area.
