Report of the Interagency Task Force on Carbon Capture and Storage

The Report of the Interagency Task Force on Carbon Capture and Storage assesses the status of CCS technologies, current barriers to deployment, regulatory frameworks at the state and federal levels, and makes several recommendations to enhance the regulatory landscape for CCS, including liability funds, governments ownership, government indemnification, and transfer of liability.
