Report, Agriculture and Climate Change: Policy Imperatives and Opportunities to Help Producers Meet the Challenge

This 2019 position paper from the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition reviews the science related to climate change mitigation and adaptation on farms in the U.S., in order to provide a sound rationale for current and future policy development and advocacy related to climate change and agriculture. It summarizes 14 key research-based findings, from which flow eight priority areas for federal policy reform that incorporate 29 specific policy recommendations.
