Proposed Biofuels Market Expansion Act

The Proposed Biofuels Market Expansion Act of 2011 would have made renewable fuel pipelines eligible for loan guarantees for projects that reduce GHGs and employ new or significantly improved technologies as compared to commercial technologies in service at the time the guarantee is issued.
