PEV Policy Evaluation Rubirc

The National Association of State Energy Officials published a 2018 report, PEV Policy Evaluation Rubric, which helps users to evaluate the strength and weakness of all PEV-related policies in a metro area on a scale of 0 to 100. The Rubric uses a system of Weights, Ratings, and Evaluation Criteria across six Policy Categories and 14 Policy Sub-Categories to measure the strength of the policy environment accelerating PEV adoption. The PDF report was published with an interactive Excel tool.
