LPDD Model Law: Municipal Ordinance for Alternative Fuel Vehicle Parking Benefits

This model legislation provides for free parking on the street and in municipal garages for alternative fuel vehicles through 2030. It provides multiple options for defining qualifying vehicles, expiration dates, and applicable fees.
