Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in Brazil

Following the publication of Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in the United States, on which the ModelClimateLaws.org project was based, the Model Climate Laws team has encouraged foreign lawyers and legal experts to prepare companion volumes for their home countries. This text for the Brazilian context resulted from a year-long visit by a Brazilian environmental professor, Cacia Pimentel, to the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University.
