Hawaii DOT ESPC

The Hawaii Dept. of Transportation completed a $245M contract for deep energy efficiency retrofits, the largest single-state ESPC in the US, with Johnson Controls. The project will target and generate $680M in energy savings, per Johnson. The project targets efficiency and renewable energy in airports, harbors, and highway operations.
