EPA’s Clean Energy Finance Tool

EPA’s Clean Energy Finance Tool is an Excel Tool designed to help municipalities and states make informed choices about the best program(s) for their jurisdictions from among the following options: rebates, revolving loans, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), credit-enhanced private loans, HUD PowerSaver, on-bill repayment, energy efficient mortgages, performance contracting, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) / Solar Leasing. It is accompanied by a Decision Guide, which explains the differences between programs.
