Green Recovery

Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in the United States was published before the COVID-19 crisis that shook the world and spurred governments to invest enormous sums into economic recovery. The text, however, does speak to issues of providing for a just energy transition and avoiding stranded assets in Chapter 24, which are at the heart of the discourse around a green recovery. We continue to follow these topics closely, and will collect green recovery proposals here.
