Utah’s HB 411 (2019)

Utah’s HB 0411 (2019) provides cities with mechanisms to establish and achieve a community goal to source net-100% of electric energy from renewable resources by 2030. Through this legislation, cities have the option to collaborate with Rocky Mountain Power to accomplish this goal.
