San Diego Polystyrene and Plastic bans

San Diego’s Ordinance 21030 (2019) regulates products made from polystyrene and the distribution of certain single-use straws and utensils. Under the Ordinance, vendors may not distribute plastic straws or utensils except by request, and neither food service wear nor other certain consumer goods may be composed of polystyrene foam.
