Report, Regional Transmission Planning

Lawrence Berkeley National Lab published a 2017 survey, Regional Transmission Planning, of practices across independent system operators in response to FERC’s Order 1000. The report, among other things, documents how regional transmission planners have changed their planning processes to study higher renewable energy scenarios.
