Proposed Energy Storage Promotion and Deployment Act of 2015

Under the proposed Energy Storage Promotion and Deployment Act of 2015, large retail electric utilities would have needed to meet at least 1 percent of their peak demand from storage by 2021. By the end of 2024, they’d have needed to meet at least 2 percent of peak load with storage.
