Prohibition on federally supported agriculture on erodible land or wetlands

16 USC §3811 and §3821 prohibit farms from producing agricultural products on highly erodible land without a conservation plan, and on unconverted wetlands, respectively, if that land receives support under the crop insurance program, any of the conservation programs, or many of the smaller programs supported by the Farm Service Agency.
