Port of Los Angeles Voluntary Speed Reduction Program

The port of Los Angeles introduced voluntary speed reduction programs with the objective of reducing conventional air pollutants near the port. The program applies two different tiers of speed reduction as eligibility metrics for financial incentives, in the form of a refund of dockage fees.
