Pilot Program for Green Technologies Including Greenhouse Gas Reduction

The US Patent and Trademark Office’s commenced a Pilot Program for Green Technologies Including Greenhouse Gas Reduction in 2009, under which patent applications for green technologies received expedited treatment through the patenting process. The program was terminated in 2011.
