OPOWER is a popular technological platform, purchased in 2016 by Oracle, for helping residential customers monitor and reduce their energy usage. They have been selected as the platform of choice in numerous utility-managed behavioral efficiency programs across the country, including Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas, and Maryland, linked below.
