NCSL Report, Modernizing the Electric Grid: State Role and Policy Options

This 2019 report from the National Conference of State Legislatures was designed to assist state lawmakers in their efforts to gain an understanding of the many components of grid modernization. It also seeks to provide a foundational knowledge of these issues and a platform of understanding upon which they can build.
