Massachusetts SMART Program

Massachusetts SMART (Solar Massachusetts Renewable Target) program includes an adder for up to 6 cents per kWh on a twenty-year contract for solar on farmland. See the tab “Compensation Rate Adders” in the Excel Spreadsheet below.
