Los Angeles PACE program

In 2010, Los Angeles County began offering Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs to both Commercial (C-PACE) and Residential (R-PACE) owners. All improvements that can be permanently fixed to the property and are proven to save energy or produce renewable energy are eligible for approval, including high efficiency cooling and heating systems, electric vehicle charging stations, insulation, cool roofs, solar panels, smart irrigation systems, and more.
