EPA Black Carbon Report

EPA’s 2011 Black Carbon Report to Congress represents an intensive effort to compile, assess, and summarize available scientific information on the current and future impacts of black carbon, and to evaluate the effectiveness of available black carbon mitigation approaches and technologies for protecting climate, public health, and the environment.
