Connecticut’s Value of DER Proceeding

Connecticut’s Public Act 19-35 (2019), among other things, required the Public Service Commission to institute a proceeding establishing the value of distributed energy resources, proceeding 19-06-29. DEEP and PURA are required to submit a report on their findings to the General Assembly by July 1, 2020.
