Connecticut Shared Clean Energy Facility Pilot Program
Connecticut’s Shared Clean Energy Facility Pilot Program was established in response to Public Act 15-113, as amended by Public Act 16-116, as a two-year initiative to support the development of SCEFs in Connecticut. As of April 2020, three projects have been selected under the program, one of which was actively operational.
On June 29, 2018, DEEP issued a report which provides its initial analysis of the SCEF pilot program.
