California’s Bring-Your-Own Reusable Food and Beverage Containers Law

California’s AB 619 (2019) ends the requirement that temporary food facilities at community events provide single-use foodware and makes clear for restaurants that they may serve food and beverages in consumer-provided reusable containers.
