Boulder’s Comfort365 Program

Boulder’s Comfort365 program combines education and outreach, active marketing, and financial incentives to drive heat pump adoption. The City of Boulder and Boulder County spearheaded the program, providing free one-on-one time with personal energy advisors, access to a broad array of incentives and rebates, and assistance evaluating bids from prequalified, vetted contractors.

As much as $1,750 in incentives is available for a resident who is replacing a gas furnace with a high-efficiency cold-climate heat pump, and up to $1,450 in incentives is available for heat pump replacement of a gas water heater.
