Boulder Building and Performance Ordinance

The Boulder Building and Performance Ordinance (2015) requires owners of commercial and industrial buildings to: annually rate and report the energy use of their buildings; perform periodic energy assessments; perform periodic retrocommissioning and implement cost effective energy efficiency measures; and implement one-time lighting upgrades.
