Bonita Springs’ Green Building Program

Bonita Springs’ Green Building Program (2012) incorporates the LEED Program for Homes standards, the current Green Home Designation, and the current Energy Start Certified New Home requirements, as well as any equivalent certification program. New residential, commercial, and green development may satisfy any of these standards to be eligible for fast track development review, priority status, permit rebates, and other marketing incentives.
