Advanced Biofuel Payment Program

The federal Advanced Biofuel Payment Program provides incentives for anaerobic digestion projects, including those targeted for pipeline injection, a use often excluded from state programs. The ABPP does not, however, extend to power-to-gas facilities producing hydrogen and/or synthetic methane.
