CAA §110 Authorising SIP In-Use Requirements

The Clean Air Act authorizes state implementation plans to include indirect source regulations, as well as provisions designed to reduce emissions from mobile source use. In-use regulations include carpool lanes, restrictions on car use in downtown areas, and programs to control extended idling of vehicles.
