Universal Model Building Code Language for Cool Roofs

This 2012 universal model code language from the Global Cool Cities Alliance project defines key terms, measurement protocols and procedures, and calls for cool roof performance requirements in line with existing examples of best practices in codes.  The language was developed with Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL).  The performance requirements were set by the Global Cool Cities Alliance (GCCA), based on research into existing best practices.
