Model Board Minutes Drafting

The Chancery Lane Project, a collaborative effort of UK lawyers to develop new contracts and model laws to help fight climate change, has published a model drafting format for board minutes that calls attention to the company’s environmental and social impact objectives, their net zero targets and/or carbon footprint and climate change risks.

The model clause is available in the attached volume at page 49 (“Darcy’s Board Minutes”).
