California SB 1440

California’s SB 1440 requires the state’s PUC to consider adopting specific biomethane procurement targets or goals for each gas corporation. The bill would require the PUC to take certain actions in regards to the development of those targets or goals and the procurement of the biomethane to meet those targets or goals.
